Parking very close to the Santa Justa station. Reservations are made on their website, which is very easy and intuitive. The problem is that the QR reader is terrible, both at the entrance and at the exit. I think they should review it since it always tends to be rushed and very overwhelming.
The parking lot is next to the Santa Justa station. We left the car there at 8:30 in the morning on a Friday or picked it up at 10 at night on Saturday, so it didn't last 48 hours. The parking is convenient and there were plenty of free spaces. We made the reservation through their website, since it was cheaper than doing it there through an ATM by getting a ticket. It cost us approximately €25 for this day and a half. USEFUL INFO: When we arrived to park, we couldn't get the QR through the reader at the entrance, and since we were in a hurry, we ended up getting a ticket. The machine did not show well how to do it, and it was not intuitive either. We parked and went to take the train, but already thinking that we would be charged for this ticket in addition to the reservation we had previously made online. When we got back to pick up the car, we went to the cashier and he read us the ticket with €53. Before paying it, we call attention through this same ATM (it is a button on the right). It took them several minutes to answer (it was a quarter to 10 on a Saturday night), but a customer service worker finally answered. We explained what happened and he told us to drive the car to the exit barrier, that on the machine where you pass the ticket to exit there is another customer service button. We just had to press that button, once in the car, they helped us again and asked us for the reference number of the reservation we made online. This was enough and they opened the barrier for us without a problem. We didn't have to pay the €53 ticket. I give it 3/5 because even so the price is not cheap (€25 for approximately 37 hours online, there 53 in person is even worse), but above all because it is not well signposted and I think it is easy to get confused and overpay. Even so, the parking is convenient and very close to the station, and it was easy to solve the problem, the customer service workers were very good.
